Why ALDC

The Compounding Advantage

Enterprise Intelligence gives your organization the ability of Compounding Advantage.

The system gets smarter every day. Every supervisory session teaches the next one — building institutional knowledge that only time and real-world regulatory use can create.

Day 1

Connect regulatory data. Cross-guideline intelligence begins immediately.

Day 90

Supervisory patterns emerge. Cross-institutional insights deepen.

Year 1

Institutional memory that no manual process can replicate.

Every section below is evidence of how this advantage compounds.

The Intelligence Multiplier

Enterprise AI solutions like Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude are powerful tools — and your team should absolutely keep using them. ALDC doesn't replace these platforms. We augment them with a purpose-built intelligence layer that connects your regulatory data, supervisory intelligence, and institutional context to the AI tools your team already relies on.

What frontier AI does well today

Summarize regulatory text from OSFI guidelines, IFRSs, and Basel frameworks

Answer general questions about E-23, B-15, B-13, and other published guidance

Draft compliance reports, supervisory letters, and internal policy documents

Remember prior conversations and browse the web for regulatory updates

These capabilities are real and improving fast. The question isn't whether they work — it's what they can't reach.

The Single-Model Trap

What no single AI model can do alone

No institutional knowledge

They remember conversations — but not your 400+ FRFIs, their supervisory history, or cross-guideline compliance patterns. There’s no shared intelligence layer that compounds across your regulatory landscape.

No live supervisory data

They can search the web, but they can’t connect to your real-time supervisory signals, examination findings, or institutional filings. You get generic answers, not supervision-aware intelligence.

No institution-specific context

They don’t know which D-SIBs have the strongest B-15 climate disclosures, which Schedule I banks lag on E-23 model risk, or how RBC’s operational resilience posture differs from TD’s.

No cross-guideline reasoning

They analyze B-15 or E-23 individually. They can’t synthesize how a bank’s climate risk exposure (B-15) interacts with its third-party dependencies (B-10) and operational resilience gaps (E-21).

Add AI-Native Intelligence

Eclipse + Zeus Memory + Zeus Chat

Three systems that sit underneath your team's existing AI tools and give them something they don't have: your regulatory data, your institutional context, and a memory that compounds.

Eclipse

Data Platform

Ingests and structures regulatory data across OSFI’s supervisory landscape. Connectors to guideline repositories, institutional filings, and examination records. The foundation everything else builds on.

Zeus Memory

Context Layer for AI

Supervisory knowledge that persists and compounds. Every guideline analysis, every cross-reference finding, every supervisory interaction makes the system smarter. This is the layer no standalone AI has.

Zeus Chat

Evidence Engine

Conversational interface powered by an intelligent model router that adapts as models evolve. Routes each task to the best frontier AI — Anthropic for reasoning, Gemini for multimodal, OpenAI for generation, Voyage AI for search.

Connected to your team's preferred tools through open integration protocols. Your team keeps what they already use — the intelligence layer works behind it.

What OSFI can do for prudential supervision that it cannot do without this

Synthesize cross-guideline risk signals across E-23, B-15, B-13, B-10, and E-21 for any institution — before issues compound

Show a D-SIB’s compliance posture vs. peer benchmarks across all active guidelines, with actionable gap analysis

Generate verified supervisory evidence packages for prudential reviews, Parliamentary reporting, and international peer reviews with full audit trails

Build cumulative regulatory intelligence that compounds with every examination cycle across 400+ federally regulated institutions

The AI models are the same ones everyone has access to.

The difference is that every task your organization runs through this system makes the next one faster, more accurate, and more valuable.

That advantage compounds — and it starts the day you begin.

The Right AI for Every Task

No single AI model is best at everything. The system automatically selects the right model for each task — fast classification for incoming documents, deep reasoning for cross-functional analysis, precision search for evidence retrieval — so your organization always gets the best available answer.

One Regulatory View. Unlimited Perspectives.

What if your guideline library, examination records, institutional filings, meeting notes, and policy documents could all talk to each other? ALDC's platform ingests all of it into a single, holistic organizational layer — then generates as many purpose-built views as the business requires.

Q

How are D-SIBs performing on B-15 climate disclosure requirements, and where do cross-guideline risks emerge with B-10 third-party and E-21 operational resilience?

High confidence — 91%Routed to Anthropic — cross-guideline regulatory reasoning

Based on 2024 annual filings across all six D-SIBs, four of six banks meet B-15 Pillar 3 climate disclosure requirements at or above expectations — up from two in 2023. However, cross-guideline analysis reveals a concentration risk: three D-SIBs rely on the same two third-party climate data providers (B-10 exposure), and two of those providers have not completed E-21 operational resilience testing. TD and BMO show the strongest integrated compliance posture; Scotiabank and CIBC have disclosure gaps that correlate with delayed third-party vendor assessments.

Every answer is traceable. Every source is cited. And every confidence score rises as the system ingests more of your organization's knowledge.

The answers you get in month twelve are categorically better than month one — because the evidence base has been compounding since day one.

Unmatched Capability

Deliver supervisory capability that no other approach can.

Enterprise Intelligence isn't a product you install. It's a capability that compounds from the moment you start — turning your organization's data into an asset that grows more valuable with every interaction.

The organizations that begin first compound the furthest.
